RP Facilities Limited is a Facility Management company with head office in Lagos, Nigeria with over a decade of experience that provides a variety of facility management services and Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment solutions. Our clients include commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, and government buildings.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account and HR Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: GM

Job Purpose

  • This dual role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth payroll administration, compliant HR processes, and optimal employee engagement to support the company’s facilities management operations.
  • The Account and HR Executive will manage the day-to-day financial operations and human resource functions of RP Facilities Limited.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly statutory tax returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE) in compliance with local regulations.
  • Invoicing: Generate client invoices promptly and aggressively follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions and petty cash.
  • Payables: Verify vendor invoices, process payments, and manage vendor relationships.

Human Resources & Administration:

  • Payroll Administration: Compute and process monthly staff salaries, tracking deductions, bonuses, and pensions.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Records Management: Maintain secure, updated physical and digital employee files, including contracts and leave tracking.
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified personnel for office and field-based facilities roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure all company policies strictly align with national labor laws and industrial standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • HR Knowledge: Good understanding of Nigerian Labor Law, personal income tax laws, and pension schemes.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience handling dual accounting and HR functions.
  • Software: High proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, discretion with sensitive data, and strong communication skills.
